In the 2022 award that highlights the “Commitment to Integrity” in companies that annually subscribe to be measured in this fundamental value, SKIC of Peru and Brazil received the award for the High Performance First Measurement categories.

The meter called Barometer of Integrity Values ​​was created in conjunction with the Department of Studies of the Catholic University. This instrument consists of a survey that considers if there are direct channels between the top management of the organizations and their workers, which also evaluates if there is a number of complaints and claims of crimes available and if these are being well communicated by the boards.

All these initiatives seek to position integrity as a process within the culture of companies and that forms part of sustained performance in organizations.
